1.2 Entire Agreement

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed, all bonus funds forfeited, and pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation. 8.2 Closure by 777rr

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by 777rr — all rights granted to you under these Terms with respect to platform access will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, representations, warranties, indemnities, and dispute resolution provisions) will remain in full force and effect after account closure.
